How send Lush Duck's Vouchers?
Simply select the voucher template, the amount you wish to purchase and add to basket, pay for the item, just like you would any other product. We will then send you an e-mail containing a link to your voucher page, from this page you can either send the eVoucher to your friend or family members email address (recommended) or you may wish to print the voucher out and send it via post.
How to use your Voucher
Once you have received your voucher there will be a unique code, simply enter this code into your shopping basket to credit your account, you don't have to use all of the founds at once, any remaining balance will be stored on your account. If you don't have enough credit to cover the cost of your purchases you can use an alternative payment method to cover the excess cost.
Lush Duck recommends that you print out your unique number and keep it safe. Please note Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, Vouchers have no cash redemption value, Vouchers are none transferable.
