At Lush Duck we love spreading the word about natural products, and so we are always delighted to get customers hooked on our natural goodies, and see them coming back for more! To help you go totally natural with your hair and beauty products, we’ve decided to give reward points on all purchases. This means that every time you buy a gorgeous natural shampoo, or luscious pure cream, or whatever else your heart and body desire, you will get points added to your account. You can then get your favourite Lush Duck items for less!
So what do Lush Duck points mean?
- Every £1 spent will give you 1 point (excluding delivery charges)
- 1 point is worth 3%, which means for every pound you spend you will earn 3p.
You can use these points at any time you like; we don’t set a limit to how many you must collect before you can start spending. Points you earn will be valid for 2 years (lots of time to decide which fabulous product you want!).
How do I know how many points I have?
Your total awarded amount of points will be shown at checkout and you will also be sent a confirmation email notifying you of points earned each time you make a purchase. You can also check you points balance at any time by signing into your account and selecting “Order Information” option.
This sounds great, how do I use my points?
To use your Lush Duck points simply make sure you are signed in to your account at checkout stage, you will then see an option “Use Points” simply tick this box to apply any previous points earned to discount your current purchase.
Do keep an eye on the website, as Lush Duck may have some points offers and promotions in which you can earn more with your purchases.

Here are some terms and conditions to keep in mind:
- No cash alternative can be given for your points
- If you return an item, your points balance will be altered accordingly
- Points can’t be used to buy items in a sale, or with any other special offers
- Points are non transferable
- Lush Duck reserves the right to change the value/rate of points at any time
